In fact, the S&P is down just 0.02% right now and gaining.

I was reacting to initial gains that disappeared just after 10AM eastern time.

Edit: Ha ha, told ya. Back to positive territory now.

clearly lay out exactly what he wants. There will be a lot of 'screaming and crying', but they are going to get what they want.

He was vague because he said he didn't want to 'step on his boss's lines", LOL.
