I have no insurance--I have no access to affordable healthcare...
and I vote! I am my brother's/sister's keeper!

How about a visual protest. On the mall in DC and in cities around the nation. Signs like this in peoples hands.

1. I'm unemployed. They'll sell me only 'six month' insurance that reboots with every renewal. nt

2. My sons are in the same boat. It terrifies me that if something happened
they might not get the care they need.

I'm all FOR your suggestion. Unfortunately one of my sisters will be on the mall on 09/11 at a teabagger event. *sigh* But now I'm pissed off enough to at least cancel her out.

4. 21st century blues lyrics
Me too. I'm 59 and the body seems to be ok, (knock on wood), but I could sure use some dental work. Work in construction has been very sparse. I get about 40hrs a month. Luckily I own my house and get child support from my ex-wife. But I can't afford insurance. (three teenagers)

I'm working 40 hours, but a month and not a week....
my kids are getting older and they have a lot of needs...

But I'm a father,
don't you think i need to breathe
free from the specter of bills I just won't be able to pay.

8. Maybe the media would cover a "pro" rally if we all dressed up
and pretended to be teabaggers. Actually, that would be a pretty funny thing to do anyway. "Right Wingers For Health Care Reform."
