and/or to the left of Attila the Hun.

These people cannot be talked to...best to just cut them off. I'd give their kids an unexcused absence.

7. He's black and he's a Democrat. It was fine when Bush did it,
even though I'm not sure he ever made it through grade school himself.

9. Maybe they have a stake in making sure
that a certain percentage of the population drop out of school thus creating a cheap labor pool.

10. It is a pernicious communist speech to lure our children into doing well in school
We know that the Bible is the only education our kids need. Jesus had a pet dinosaur, don't ya know?

:sarcasm:

12. The sore losers will nip at his heels no matter what he does.
He could hug them all, and buy them all ponies, and do their bidding in all things yet if he kept the title of Democratic POTUS, they would continue to crucify him.

When a child takes a temper tantrum in the middle of the room you either ignore him or remove him from the room.

Let's be the adult here and give no credence to these little lousy out bursts of sour grapes, gossip, and nasty propaganda given support by the those who wish to overthrow democracy.

Kick these foolish thugs out of the room, off the tv, and ignore there lying voices.

13. Republicans hate nearly every form of joy in learning.
Why would they want students to feel inspired? It goes against their whole agenda of creating more stupid people (see: teabaggers).

14. Well educated people = more likely to be liberals, Obama is encouraging our kids to become liberals!
Edited on Thu Sep-03-09 04:56 PM by ShadowLiberal
Conservatives know they just can't compete against well educated voters, studies show the more education you have the more likely you are to be liberal.
