Surely so few Fox News viewers are open to voting for him--or 'most any Dem other than Zell Miller--that he'd be wasting his time if he appeared there. A Mark Mellman poll indicated that in 2004, 88% of Fox viewers went for Bush, 7% for Kerry.

And sue the Fark out of 'em if they do use it - especially the edits they're so fond of.

I hope Mr. Gibbs is prepared to explain to Faux's WH talking head just WHY the President doesn't think their Sunday lineup is worth his time. Someone needs to provide the press sec. a video montage of all of Faux's "Greatest Hit Jobs" in creative editing and snooze crawls to blow and blustering denial out of the water as the rest of the Press corps looks on and laughs.

is if he wants to mix it the HELL up with someone who's there to ambush and slime him. But that's not so much Obama's style. Sure, he can debate well when he has to--he clearly bested McCain in the debates--but he is by nature a "come, let us reason together" guy, and rather averse to cut-and-thrust politics.

When you hire people with master's degrees in journalism and 20 years experience, instead of featuring college drop-outs, then I'll take a look at your line-up".
