5. Robert Kraft has given mostly to Dems since the 70's.
http://www.newsmeat.com/sports_political_donations/Robert_Kraft.php

The only Rethugs were McLame and Romney in their primaries.

17. Although his double dealing with the NHL
and the Hartford Whalers still dooms him to an eternity in the 4th circle of hell I can support the Pats and I'm glad he's pretty solidly Democratic.

4. What do you think of Sproles?
He is one of my favorite players along with Wes Welker. I paid pretty close attention to Sproles when he was at K-State. The QB that he played with, Ell Roberson, went to my high school (he's 5 years older than me though) so that is why I paid pretty close attention to KSU. While paying attention to KSU, I was also a fan of Texas Tech because my sister went there and was a member of the marching band. I ended up going to TTU. Not too proud of what Crabtree is doing right now with this greedy holdout nonsense, but he sure did provide a nice boost to our program (we got two receivers from the state of Florida this year that turned down offers from the Florida Gators...that's right, they chose us over the national champs!).

16. Funny, isn't it?
These team owners have their hands out for public money to build new stadiums, but they aren't too broke to give hundreds of thousands of dollars to Repuke politicians.

for such a deep-blue city like Seattle.

Going back to the Zorn & Largent days. We all know what happened to Steve. And thank God he moved back to Oklahoma before he became a right wing politician.

19. You Know What's Really Fucking Sad?
The NFL is overwhelmingly African American, and you'd think that the players would be more supportive of an African American for president.

Yet, when any of these assholes gets accused of a crime, they go running and crying for support from the African American community, and they cry racism.

Fuck them.

36. Money corrupts.
And besides that, you'd think any minority group would always support a Dem President, whether that Pres is a minority or not.

Sadly, some wealthy minorities (AA's, gays, etc...) will betray the Dems when they get so much money. Thankfully, there are many who don't.

Coach Reid is a Morman so he maxed out to Romney. A lot of the players last year were outspoken in their support for Obama.
