Poor POTUS, he's got men from all over the world fawning over our gorgeous First Lady! The fact that the finance minister from Singapore wanted to take a pic with just her... classic!!! LOL

Medvedev is a smiler. He always looks so cheerful, unlike Putin, who always looks like he just put poison in your drink.
