Buxh shifts back to "compassionate conservative" in today's radio address.
Edited on Sun Sep-19-04 03:08 AM by JohnnyRingo
Now he's a UN pussy:

excerpt:
It would appear that a radio address today, President George W. Bush has finally realized that alienating the U.N. and deciding to "do whatever the fuck I want" is not really the policy that harbors love and affection for America. In no particular reason, certainly not to gather more votes, the President has decided that he needs to be more compassionate about the world in regards to the United Nations. Of course, this is completely different from John Kerry's flip-flop sessions in that George W. Bush isn't going to be a "pussy" about it.

"This week, I will speak in New York to the United Nations General Assembly, and I will talk about the great possibilities of our time to improve health, expand prosperity and extend freedom in our world," Bush said in the broadcast, aired as he spent the weekend at his family's seaside home.

2. I never thought of that....
I suppose some throat clearing, or maybe rude coughing while he spoke may be appropriate.

Maybe we'll see some eye rolling, or even someone pounding the table with their shoe.

I don't suppose he's gauranteed a hospitable welcome.

5. Maybe they'll tune their headsets from translation of *'s babble
to the Howard Stern Show.

Or they could just sit there and play with their Gameboys.

4. Bush says, "I will talk about the great possibilities of our time to
IMPROVE HEALTH, EXPAND PROSPERITY AND EXTEND FREEDOM IN OUR WORLD."

O! THOSE WORDS JUST SOUND SO EMPTY IN HIS MOUTH.

Improve Health? Under this administration HMOs are offering increased premiums and fewer benefits. Perhaps the big insurances are seeing a rebound of healthy dollars in their pockets, but sorry to say, improved health, and health services to the working and middle class? What a sorry joke coming out of the mouth of bush!

Expand prosperity? Property Taxes have gone to make up for whatever dollars the Federal Tax Cuts to the wealthy have taken out of local governments funds, food has increased, gas has increased ... you can be sure that house insurances will increase to an untold rate following the devastation of Charley, Frances and Ivan; overtime pay has been eliminated for many whose few extra dollars in a pocket came from that overtime...and on, and on, and on!

Extend Freedom in the world? THE WORLD, AS EXEMPLIFIED BY THE IRAQI INSURGENTS, DOES NOT WANT BUSH'S FREEDOM. The world knows that in Bush's lexicon FREEDOM is a TWIST-AND-TURN word meaning IRON CLAD BUSH WAY or no way. a/k/a Dictatorship. THE WORLD KNOWS that in Bush's world dissent is not allowed. That jackbooted thugs threaten and imprison those who dissent, that poetry readins at the white house during which the residents might be criticized are cancelled. The world knows that Bush is an extinguisher of the oxygen and light of any candle.

YES! i HOPE THAT SOMEONE AT THE UNITED NATIONS HAS THE COURAGE TO BOO HIM. PERHAPS THE fidel castro CUBANS WILL DO IT. PERHAPS THE SPANIARDS who booted jose maria aznar out of power WILL DO IT. PERHAPS SOME UNKNOWN DAVID TO BUSH'S GOLIATH WILL DO IT.
O! HOW I DO HOPE SO! O! HOW MY VERY OWN SPIRIT BOOs the very man who ought to be dressed in a clown's outfit when he addressess the UN.
