Oh, I'm sure our Congresspeople have vertebrae.

I just think that they lack courage, character, and the kind of selfless commitment to the nation that would lead a representative to vote for what's RIGHT, not for what will fill up their campaign coffers and secure their next election.

So yeah, sure. They have spines. But many of them are cowardly and selfish, which in my opinion, makes them unfit for the offices that they're greedily hoarding away from someone who might actually DO what needs to be done, and to hell with popularity and lobbyist money.
