I’m sure Orly would not be classed as being one of the country’s “best” lawyers.

Orly wouldn't be classed as one of the best writ writers in Cell Block D.

Orly's grandiose comments, and attempts at litigation, are the legal equivalent of Star Trek techno-babble. She promises to crawl through the Jeffries Tube, and neutralize Obama with a stream of reverse tachyon particles.

My guess Holder was being carted around in one of these. A plane that originated out of Andrews AFB, DC.

Your guess. Pulled out of that part of your anatomy where your head usually resides.

So tell us, genius. If Holder was trying to fix the Cook case why did he have to fly there to do it? I'm assuming that even in darkest Georgia telephones have made their appearance. Why not just call the judge? Please tell us all why. This should be good.

Did you hear? Someone has an afidavit saying the moon landings were faked. Maybe we should check in to that too.

I'll get right on that just as soon as I'm done with the Roswell affidavits.

What gets me the most..and I might have said this here, before is...why, nobody in high places (congressmen, senators, even lawyers, like you said) arent seeing, or dont care to see..what we do.

Here is a man, who was obviously not vetted. I saw pictures of two different documents, signed by pelosi..stating he was eligible. The one sent to 49 states, conveniently left out..”under the constitution of the united states of america” and the single one, that included that..was sent to only hawaii. How come?

Also, doesnt it send up red flags to know the first bill this guy signed was to seal his records and he spent a million dollars keeping his personal information from us? How come? Why doesnt this concern any of these politicians...especially, republicans.

How much common sense does one need to have to think..hey, wait a minute..why is he sealing things up? What is he hiding?

I personally cant say where he was born, and believe me, its not because I didnt read everything out there. I just am not sure what I think.

But, what I am sure of is..he is definitely hiding something. And I think if we knew that something, he sure wouldnt be sleeping in “our house”.

"It's beyond me that there are no retired lawyers with little if anything to lose who are well heeled and could mount a case against The Joker and follow through regardless of the costs."

A lack of good lawyers is not the problem (although this one is entertaining). A lack of evidence for a case, is.

You know as well as the rest of us that just because the media publishes an itinerary via his PAO and takes some pictures, it does not mean he was in that place the entire time ...

Of course. It makes perfect sense. Because after all, everybody knows that if you're traveling cross-country on secret mission to suborn a judge and fix a hearing that may result in the downfall of the president then the first thing you're going to do once you get there is have breakfast IN A FREAKIN' PUBLIC RESTAURANT!!!

I’m sure Orly would not be classed as being one of the country’s “best” lawyers.

In 49 out of 50 states she would not be a lawyer at all. Only California allows students from diploma mills to sit for the bar exam.

OH REALLY???? Nice try AH. No cigar.
First of all, what makes you think he woke up in LA????You are ASSUMING he spent the night in LA. You don’t have one shred of proof of this. Now what time was that meeting in LA? Your theory is typical propaganda, or you are confused(again). He didn’t have to come to GA twice that day, where are you getting that from? Read the article again and note the times. GA is ET, LA is PT. He could have easily left LA the night of the 15th, spent the night in GA. Next morning met with the Judge, had breakfast around 10 AM ET(7AM PT) got on a plane around 11 AM ET(8 AM PT) and made his 12PM PT meeting with no problem.

Also, an itinerary doesn’t mean he even made that 12 PM PT meeting. You present no proof that he did and even if he did, there was more than enough time.
____________________________________________________________
The incredible gullibility of you people is not to be believed. Sure. Holder wakes up in Los Angeles and can’t find a decent place to have breakfast. So he flies to Columbus, Georgia in time to be at the diner across from the court when it opens. Then he tear-asses back to LA in order to be at the transitional housing project at noon. Then he beats feet back to Columbus to rig the hearing and makes it back to L.A. in time to meet with community youth at 7:30. Makes perfect sense to me. </sarcasm>

That order wasn't about his previous personal records.

The "million dollars" has not been spent to hide his information. It's been spent on lawyers filing responses to lawsuits. He didn't choose to get sued, and lawyers cost money.

Do you guys hear yourselves? Some nutjob lawyer (Orly) files an affidavit, amongst a bunch of her nutjob arguments, from some unknown person volunteering that he eyeballed the Attorny General in Georgia on a day we know he was in California.

So hey, it's a grand conspiracy! No need for skepticism here! Not at all. We'll listen to any crazy story, as long as it's something we want to hear!

Geez. No BS filter at all, is there?

There's plenty more at:

This is an endless source of amusement. Think I'll google our hero Orly to see if there's any fresh comedy about her in the news.

Edit: She never disappoints. I tell ya, there's a new chapter in this continuing saga every few days, ha ha ha!!

Orly Taitz asks Land to recuse himself
Sunday, Oct. 04, 2009

Attorney Orly Taitz, the “birther” lawyer under threat of sanctions by U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land for filing a “frivolous” lawsuit, filed a motion Friday asking the judge to recuse himself because of personal contacts and financial stakes he may have with President Barack Obama’s administration.

Land was appointed to the bench by President George W. Bush.

Taitz represented Army Capt. Connie Rhodes when she filed a Sept. 4 complaint arguing Rhodes shouldn’t be deployed to Iraq because Obama couldn’t legitimately hold office. Land not only ruled against Rhodes, but ordered Taitz to explain why he should not fine her $10,000 for filing a “frivolous” lawsuit.

On Friday, Taitz asked for an extension to respond to that order, but also asked that Land recuse himself from the case. In her motion for recusal, Taitz:

    * States Land may have improperly been in contact with U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.

May have? And I might be Queen of May!

    * States that Land’s ownership of stock in Microsoft and Comcast could give the judge a financial stake in the outcome.

    :wtf:

    * Likens her plight to that of the late civil rights icon Thurgood Marshall in the 1940s and ’50s.

Now she's Thurgood Marshall!! Wonder what that's supposed to be a dog whistle for?

9. there's crazier in that thread. I really love the argument about
whether Holder was in Georgia on Sept 16. Presented with the fact that he was in CA, the batshit crazy fuckwads insist that he took a plane back and forth several times that day.

political programming every week, in addition to reading the news.

So Orley Worley...apparently it's a minute thingie that is being followed by some intense people on either or both sides.
