With the Health Care bill getting merged to go to the Senate floor
for the first time since he died I really feel the loss of Ted Kennedy and wish he were in those meetings.

2. You'd think the prez would make Kennedy's presence felt. I don't get what it is he's doing...
...shouting out to Snowe, instead of reminding the Senate of Kennedy's work.

3. I hear ya, and agree. (altho I think Kennedy would've given her a shout out, too) But a big booyah
to Teddie was definitely called for, as well as all the others who have so strongly faced townhall attendees and gone on air fighting for reform, like Rockefeller and others. THEY certainly deserved a shout out.

Ultimately, though, I hope those fighting for reform are doing it for the reform and not so much for accolades. But a shame to see Snowe worshiped while others who have done the REAL work for reform go unmentioned.

6. And in that same speech he talked about the po being for a very few people...
He's not championing the kind of healthcare Kennedy worked for.
