Candy Crowley...Inside Politics on CNN
I watched Inside Politics twice recently when she has been the host.

First on Sunday, she interviewed Ralph Reed and then interviewed the Kerry spokesman (whose name escapes me, sigh).

Today, she interviewed Donna Brazile (for Kerry) and Bay Buchanan (qualified spokesman because she is a former presidential candidate's sister).

Anyway, with the Republicans she typically asked a question (occasionally a tough one), but nearly never followed up on their answer. With the Democrats, she followed up, badgered rather consistently.

I won't judge whether she has a bias (I don't know), but she is not holding all guests to the same standards and that's crappy journalism.

Please catch me up on Candy Crowley...when did she get so bad?!

1. You Nailed It About The Follow Up Questions
Dems get badgered, Pukes get a "sure, whatever you say."

2. When she developed a crush
...on W during the 2000 election. He gave her one of his cutesy nicknames and she sunk to her knees and starting blowing and she hasn't stopped since.

I turned Inside Politics on today, saw that Candy was subbing for Judy Woodruff (who isn't much better) and turned it off. I knew it would be a waste of an hour.

5. She's GOP Whore #1 at CNN
Always been that way as far as I can tell. I've never heard her give a Democrat an even break with the republicans. Since she agrees with the republicans, there's no need for her to press them for further clarification on their answers. She understands implicitly where the republicans are coming from, and Democrats simply make no sense.

7. Are you saying she is unfair? OMG
Has the media been alerted?!

Does this mean CNN is not even-handed?

Well, this Clintonista is very concerned, mark my words.

ps-Candy referred to Mike McCurry as a 'Clintonista' today.

12. I wouldn't be surprised to learn she has a freeperville login
not one bit, especially if she's slinging jargon like "Clintonista" around on CNN.

6. I remember 2000
In the 2000 election I remember that Crowley was assigned to the Shrub campaign. She always acted like a little (well, you know what I mean) girl with a crush on an older boy. Then I remember hearing that Crowley had been given one of Shrub's famous nicknames ...

I won't watch Crowley anymore ... she still acts like she is in love with Bush.

11. Using her name and the word "whore"
in the same sentence is so utterly repulsive that neither my Cialis nor the 'bikini trimmer' ads can do anything for me...

14. I think...
most of the media has decided that it pays to suck up to the repukes. NPR is the closest thing there is to an objective media outlet these days.
