And was hovering at just 50% last week. So he's up 5 points in a week and just 4 points in 2 days. The American People are liking what they see! GDP and health care reform progress must have helped a lot.

1. Good news..Perhaps because he is standfing up to the media..not letting
them frame every message.

Pete Seeger and Bruce Springsteen...it does not get any better than that...

2. Good News as far as I am concerned
My question is which polls are not controlled by the MSM?

Which ones tell the truth?

9. It was in the margin before as well......
so it is still 4 points up....

Of course, I don't really follow his approval ratings anymore,
because they are bound to go down during a period where
folks are arguing about a pretty important issue; health care and war....
where the final results are not yet in.

I think that Obama also doesn't care so much about poll results, apart from
understanding what they are to know what he is up against.

Of course, the media worries constantly about Obama's poll numbers,
expecially when the are going down...not so much when they are going up....
beyond the point that it tells them that they need to do a better job
with hosing the American people on a daily basis.

8. I saw the big flashing lights on Drudge and Huffington Post this morning!
NOT. :puke:

They both would have posted it had the "surge" been downward instead of upward.

10. why would anyone care
the election ended last year, so why would anyone care what his popularity is?
the only thing that matters is poll numbers on issues.
