Why does Bush Flip Flop so much?
I just had to ask... I've never seen anyone flip-flop so much. Bush has flipflopped on every policy that Karl Rove has ever come up with. He has about 13 positions on medicare, 42 positions on Bin Laden, 7 on tort reform & he still can't decide whether the choices he made in Abu Ghraib were good ones. He's also shifty on Terra, he likes Terra, but uses Terra when necessary... so he pulled a FlippityFloppity on Terra. So the question remains:

Why does Bush Flip Flop so much?

1. Dipshit can't memorize his lines and he keeps misinterpreting
the pictures on the teleprompter. Perhaps "Hooked On Phonics" might help.

That meme's taken, anyways.

I like the "Why does bush lie so much?" meme. Much better. Original. True. Damning.

6. Because he doesn't give a shit about the issues so long as he's elected?
So long as he is elected and can get his buddies big tax breaks he doesn't give a flying fuck what he says or does to get himself reelected. Look at the last four years? Has he actually DONE anything (besides his war for oil)? Nope, just says stuff to appease the masses and get himself elected again.

7. Bush doesn't flip flop

He just suffers from repetitive directional realignment according to what group he is talking to at any given moment.

10. Exactly.
And those people in those groups he's addressing are too stupid to compare notes.

9. I posted an article a few days ago
Called the Flip Flopper in Chif that went over a good sized list of Bush's flip flops and pointed out that the media doesnt reflect this at all:

Flip-flopper in Chief

By David Brock and Jamison Foser, AlterNet. Posted September 8, 2004.

George Bush's image as a strong and decisive leader is a creation of journalists too lazy to notice that the president has a long history of changing his positions to suit his political needs. Story Tools

“The Bush campaign has been remarkably successful at getting the press to buy the notion that John Kerry is a flip-flopper. ... But reporters have been much less quick to look at various Bush reversals of policy through the same lens.”

11. Cause all he cares about are polls
and getting re-elected.

He'll do anything to get re-elected, because it's going to be so shameful for him to be a one-termer like his dad.
