The White House Music Series continues with a celebration of classical music featuring Grammy Award-winning violinist Joshua Bell, Grammy Award-winning guitarist Sharon Isbin, renowned cellist Alisa Weilerstein, and acclaimed pianist Awadagin Pratt.

Join the President and First Lady to watch the evening Classical Music Concert live from the East Room.

5. "Grammy-Award winning artist" means nothing to classical music fans,
and I say that as someone who votes on the Grammy Awards.

If Alisa Wellerstein is "renonwned" she's escaped my attention, and I'm as big a classical fan as there is.

Awadagin Pratt - is he still around? He was a marketing sensation for about 6 minutes in the late 90s. "Acclamed?" By who?

Just saying that all of the adjectives used in this promo puff don't amount to anything.

my husband and I love classical music. When I was growing up just outside of DC we sometimes had the honor and privilege of seeing the National Symphony play. I wish everyone could see them. AMAZING
