most Democrats are quite sensitive to children we care about them and so we are unhappy to see a child mistreated at an Edwards rally. I think the person who did this was WRONG and I don't think that very many Democrats would support this type of behavior. I don't know anyone who would mistreat a child.

The soldiers are a totally different matter. I want them brought home--but that is a totally different subject it has nothing to do with this child.

The fact that soldiers are in Iraq does not excuse mistreating children here. You could just as well say--people are dying in the Sudan, why get upset over a child. It is two completely separate situations entirely. I feel upset over Iraq and the Sudan--but I still have enough humanity left over to not like seeing a child cry. I am a Democrat not an Independent.

A mother of a dead soldier dared to speak back to Pickles at her rally, she was manhandled and handcuffed by security... all because she dared to speak up. Did the little kid end up in Jail? Did America got her panties tied up in a knot over the mother of a dead soldier... hell no!
