A real smackdown Kerry could use
Regarding Bush's repeated "jokes" about Kerry's position on Iraq not being clear, or consistent, Kerry should say this - - whether it's raised by Bush or not:

Kerry: Millions of Americans understand my position perfectly. Dozens of Generals and Admirals understand it, and find it consistent and clear. Scores of American diplomats - - ambassadors and envoys - - understand my position and support it.

So, Mr. Bush, with all due respect, how come YOU can't understand it?

8. They can say anything they want to, and I imagine
Bush will say - - yet again - - that Kerry is inconsistent on Iraq, or is unclear.

At the next opportunity, Kerry uses this smackdown, asking how come Bush is the only one who can't understand his position.

It's perfect.

The talking heads are going on about how the debates will not allow either candidate to ask questions directly to each other. But in this case and delivered at the right moment this response would have the effect of a 2 X 4 between the eyes. We could be looking at another deer-in-the-headlamps moment (aka The Pet Goat 7 Minutes). And since the talking heads are wondering if the rules will be broken, this would also be seen as an allowable break in the rules.

Great Idea!!!!!!! Now someone get it to the top of the Kerry Campaign food chain.

28. He is certainly out of answers and out of touch,
but the rest is up to us as much as Kerry.

Yesterday, Clever Husband printed up a bunch of copies or the flyer someone posted here of "The Flip-flopper in Chief".

I will be posting these in restroom stalls and anywhere else I can, starting today, guerilla-style. :)

29. I agree...
It seems like every other day we hear about some leader(s) in the community supporting John Kerry, but we never hear about anyone supporting Bush.

Bush would have no response to this at all. I love it!!
