Fundraising goal of $5 million shattered, let's double it!

The democratic party wanted to raise an additional $5 million by tonight. If you've been watching, we met that goal a couple of days ago and the party upped the goal to $7 million. Last night we were just shy of that at 5:30 pm, the last time I checked.

I just looked again (www.democrats.org) to see that they have upped the goal to $10 million by tonight and are already at $9 million.

I've given as much as I can afford toward this current goal. Anyone else out there got a few bucks to help put us over?

The first year I ever voted democrat and certainly the only year I've ever volunteered or contributed. I sure hope its a nationwide trend.
