Did anyone notice the camera angle during the debate?
How they made Bush as tall as Kerry? The end result was a lot of Bush's podium showing. It looked ridiculous and obvious.

Either Kerry is a giant, or W is about 5'8" tall.

5. Notice the base of the microphone on the podium with the split screen,
Kerry's was lower than Bush's and then Kerry's microphone was waaaaaaay longer than Bush's. Watch the rerun on cspan with the split screen. heehee!

9. oh I know it! We kept noticing how long Kerry's mike stand thing was
and how short and cramped bush's was - bush was hunched over his podium too, not standing tall and dignified like Kerry.

6. Yeh! They tried to balance things up.
Bush still came out on the bottom, where he belongs.

10. having worked in TV for 35 years, there was nothing
sinister about this - a director always tries to keep everything in perspective; if they had shown the real thing, it would have looked ridiculous. Can't blame Fox for that because it was so obvious.
