Looking forward to Bush being over-handled for 2nd debate
So Bush was too informal last night. Slouched, shuffled, shrugged.
I'll bet he tries to rectify that in the second debate and ends up coming across as stiff in the more casual setting.
Another thing going for us is that Bush will be moved from his comfort zone. The "talking points" strategy didn't work last night. Bush will be forced into uncharted waters for the 2nd debate.
last night when squatter would look directly N2 the camera when Kerry was speaking he looked Xactly like 'The Nation' cover of him as Alfred E. I mean U can take that shot of him, supperimpose it and it will B an Xact fit.
Gore changed styles a great deal between the first and second debates in 2000 due to pundit attacks and the changes hurt him. I would love Bush to try something new and fail.
when it comes to Bush and everyone around him. They set out early not just to win, but decisively destroy the opposition (both the candidate and the party).
Bush does well in a crowd with one-on-ones. The town hall format will allow him to show his acting skills of 'compassion' and 'caring'. It has me nervous.
I thought Kerry did a phenomenal job last night...and that has me a little worried too. Kerry does his best and is most effective when he's on the attack. When he starts feeling confident, he starts to fade. I hope he keeps it up all the way through Nov. 2nd.
that no matter what the media will say Bush won-not that I care like I said yesterday everybody here knows what must be done on Nov 2nd.So the best thing to do is to put all the talking heads/pundits on IGNORE.Make their numbers go down until they stop skewing the news to the right
