what I heard a Republican say:
well he admitted * did absolutely pitiful last night (who couldn't?) but said he expects him to do better in the town hall format since he's much better aquainted to that format than this one.

So I asked why * tried to bow out of it originally.

And he said it was lower expectations. A feint to make him look good.

LOL! Anyone else expecting another Harlem Globetrotters vs. Washington Generals matchup?

2. In the next debate, I'm anticipating a tidal wave vs. rowboat scenario.
Unless Scrub receives a brain transplant in the next few days, how could anyone expect his performance to be any better, especially with the playing field tilted toward Kerry for the town hall?
