The debates are like a breath of fresh air
It's not even that Kerry and Edwards are winning so much as it is that the issues and facts are gettng out to the the American public. People haven't heard half the stuff Edwards voiced tonight in the entire four years of the misadministration--and from their expressions, neither have Bush/Cheney.

The debates offer so much value--they allow people to look at the issues and then make a choice. The pundits who naysay the debates as mere pageantry are full of it. Edwards REALLY drove home his point with clarity by asking if people want to vote for policies favoring them or corporations.

To the rest of the debates I says bring 'em on.

1. Agree

And its the one chance we can evade the media filter. Mano a mano .... you versus me. The "arena of ideas" PigBoyFascistScum is always talking about.

Well, we Dems like that arena of ideas as well and it seems to not hurt us one bit. Keep chopping wood J^2

2. Yeah!
B*/Cheney and their cohorts have had almost 4 years to do whatever the heck they want and look where their policies have gotten us! People actually thinking about the issues is BAD for b*. BAD!

6. the next evil administration to seize power in the US
won't make the same mistake. They will just cancel the debates, and the in-their-pocket media won't say a word about it.

On the other hand, Hooray for this administration for screwing up and agreeing to do them!
