Also Tim Russert mentioned this morning on MSNBC that Edwards and Cheney met when they both were appearing on "MTP" didn't say if their appearance was at the same time, but they did shake hands backstage. Also remember that when the pubs say (SPIN) He meant that he didn't meet Edwards on the Senate floor. Could that be because the pubs only meet with themselves and always cut the Dems out?
Cheney tried to diss Edwards last night by making it sound like Edwards had a No-show job. His choice of words is coming back to bite him in the ass. Keep hammering at if Crashcart and Co can't be honest about something as plain as day as meeting someone, what can they tell the truth about?
He found it necessary to be so rude in the first place. I gather, because I didn't watch this debate, that Cheney acted just like George-- only without the facial expressions. They don't think they owe anyone an explanation and this is the behavior that has the world alienated from us.
