Rasmussen: Kerry/Bush now Tied 47% each, Bush job approval down..

The race for the White House is tied once again.

The latest Rasmussen Reports Presidential Tracking Poll shows President George W. Bush with 47% of the vote and Senator John Kerry with 47%.

The President's Job Approval rating has dipped to 51%. Also, our weekly ratings for the President's handling of the economy and the situation in Iraq both show declines compared to a week ago.

snip-

--The President's handling of the situation in Iraq is getting lower grades today than it did a week ago. He suffered a similar decline for management of the economy.

Just 42% of American voters now give the President "good" or "excellent" marks. For the five preceding weeks, he had received good or excellent marks from 45% to 46% of voters

:toast: There is no doubt now Bush is tumbling further down the polls and this is tightening up rather nicely. This is the 1st time Kerry has tied Bush since the RNC.

The 1st presidential debate was devestating for Bush. No doubt about it. :nuke:

1. I hereby volunteer to help Shrub pack up the U-Haul.
Anybody else want to join me? Just bring some beer, we'll order pizzas for lunch. Shrub probably has plenty of empty Jack Daniels cartons, and he can buy his own packing peanuts.

4. I think that in four weeks, it'll be in the low 40s.
Call it a gut feeling.
