kerry's vote to war worked, the way HE said it should work
and bush didnt take the opportunity.

it is hard to remember all the shit in the last four years, there is just too much, so lets remember what happened in the fall of ????? 2002.

as i type this reporter from washington time, priest is talking it. this info is available we just need to get it to the average american person, that doesnt know

bush and powell went to u.n. vote for war, in oct? right before mid term election.

saddam was afraid. the troops were getting ont the border, bushie was puffin chest,.........saddam in nov, dec sent people to talk to u.s. they were talking to france and russia, saying we want to talk to the u.s. saddam sent the message. i will leave, i will tell my soldiers to cooperate with you. give me this amount of money and i will find a place to live

was a one, two day story. (media letting u.s. down again.)

senate and house not jumping on this and speaking out. we were in war mode

like with zwababab (sp) the terrorist from al queda in iraq. we had three opportunities to get him, and we were being told at the time. the terrorist camp in northern iraq, this man there from al queda. three times state got things ready for strike, and all three times whitehouse told them to back down, might interfere with their war in iraq

i think these are the two talking points

conclusion: kerry's vote to threaten them, for saddam to step down, without war,............was right. bush fucked it up, from the very start

1. I use the "Texas Hold 'Em Poker" analogy.
Shrub needed to be able to back an "all in" bluff, and won the game -- then ordered the inspectors out and invaded anyway! What a waste of time, money, bullets, and bodies. Sigh...

2. And when invasion became imminent, Bush screwed up royally
I hope Kerry throws it in his face tomorrow.

******************************
France Was Ready to Send Troops to Iraq
French officials were prepared to provide as many as 15,000 troops for an invasion of Iraq before relations soured between the Bush administration and the French government over the timing of an attack, according to a new book published in France this week.
<snip>
French officials became convinced the United States had eavesdropped on Chirac's phone conversations after a U.S. official warned a French military official that "the relationship between your president and ours is irreparable on the personal level. You have to understand that President Bush knows exactly what President Chirac thinks of him." <snip>
Chirac knew Bush's father, former president George H.W. Bush, well, but that relationship actually proved to be a distraction for the current president, according to the book, which says that Bush was annoyed that Chirac kept mentioning his father at every occasion. For months, French diplomats asked Chirac not to refer to Bush's father when he met the president, but he kept doing it.
<snip>
"The father reported this to his son," Cantaloube said. "It was not very well received in the White House."

3. Yep. Please let Kerry call them on the assertion
that because Saddham wanted to get WMDs this was still no reason to sacrifice thousands of lives. The media is helping to spin this. Unfortunately Kerry can't directly contradict the WMD report because this "mid-reading" of Saddham was part of it; their way of defending Bushco. Kerry needs to come up with a creative way to shoot this aspect of the report down somehow. After all the sanctions were probably never going to be lifted anytime soon. There had been pleas to the Clinton Administration by humanitarian organizations, but they wouldn't budge an inch. To me this is the key to the election.

5. Bush wanted this war from the 1990's onward...there was
NOTHING going to stop him. It was PNAC put into operation. It's all lies and deceit to obtain world dominance and control the oil supplies of the ME.

6. you and i know this
and a lot of people have heard because of oil. these are regular people, they cant understand the kinda person that would allow deaths purely for self interest. everything about them is going to naturally reject that concept

so they need to learn the events, bush could have done without war. and validating kerry saying it. he can give exact example of it

this is what will chip away at that perception people are clinging to
