What should John Kerry wear tomorrow?
Should he have the rolled up sleeves and casual pants? Should he dress more presidential? The media wants to portray him as the stiff elite. I read that Chris Matthews was bragging about the fact that GWB should show up in cowboy gear because he looks great (gag!). Anyway, just curious as to what others thought he should wear.

1. I think he should show up in

suit and tie
and if he feels like it he can take off the suit coat, like Clinton used to do and roll up his sleeves.

6. Put the Chimp in another flight suit or a clown suit or
some silly royal robe and crown outfit since he thinks of himself as king.

Kerry will look great in anything, but i hope it's a little more casual looking.

11. Suit & Tie.
Navy or black suit and the red tie again would be best!

If chimpy shows up in a pair of jeans, big buckle belt, and a plaid shirt, more power to him...he'll loose the presidential image.

This is national TV folks! Not a town hall meeting in montana.

Kerry's applying for the top executive job in the US. He needs to look like it!

18. I just got a vision of Steve Jobs...
Right before the election, Steve could do his "reality distortion field" mojo presentation and explain Kerry's positions like introducing a new imac.
The people swoon.

22. I agree. The position demands that sort of respect
If Bush shows up underdressed it just underlines the same lack of concern for the job he showed by being so unprepared last week.

If things get more casual as the night goes one, he can take the jacket off.

the NASA suit which made him look like a bunny rabbit. That is the only possible way he could distract from his powerful message which we have all been waiting for 4 years to be delivered directly to this President.

I dont give a rats ass what he wears and I give less than a rats ass for people that actually do. Good god people, get a life. It doesn't matter what someone is wearing, its about who they are.

32. I have noticed that Kerry is a meticulous man
whose suit looks neat and well fitting always. I am inclined to think Kerry is a "dirt detractor" as opposed to the more disheveled who are "dirt attractors" He always looks neat. He does not mess himself up.

OTOH, Bush looks like a sloppy, crass ass. His pants are too baggy and big, and his jacket, especially the sleeves are too big. The cut of the lapels makes him look like he is sticking his chest out, like a chimp. He often has bulges in his pockets--he is a slob. You would think Laura would take better care of her man, and iron his suits, or at the least, see to it that they are pressed in the cleaners. But then, Laura herself is so frumpy, she may not even notice.
