Almost three thousand absentee ballots never got sent out

They were almost entirely Democratic ballots also. The Democratic party sent out applications to Democrats and had their address on the return address area and Lehman decided there was a problem with that and would not send out the ballots. As of yesterday the ballots had not been sent even though he had been ordered to do so. Mine and my wife's were two of them. We are able to go to the polls and vote so it is no big deal for us but I read a letter in the paper last night from a guy in Romania who sent his application in two months early and as of the 28th it still had not been sent out. Lehman is demonstrating pure partisan politics in his position of head of elections. I wish there was some way of charging him with a crime, but I guess it is only about ethics. I don't believe I have ever witnessed a more unethical Lt. Governor.

Can you believe what an evil, sinister, piece of crap "UNI-BROW" is?? :mad: It's hard to fathom that this is the man who is in charge of elections in Alaska!!!!!

Bandit.. Do you ever stop and think about what life here would have been like with Governor Ulmer? Everytime I see Murkowski or Leman's name.. I think about how awesome Fran is, and what could have been.. :cry:

I watched their debates and Fran was so superior it was almost humorous. All Murkowski did was offer pie in the sky while Fran knew the facts and crunched the numbers. :shrug: I am amazed at how Alaskans think (or don't think). I hope she will try it again in a couple of years but I somehow don't think so. She was badly beaten and Alaska is way worse off for it. I do believe Lisa will be shown the door in this election and that helps me feel better.
