Anyone around?

http://results.enr.clarityelections.com/AZ/19539/31926/en/summary.html

Link to watch election results come in....very early as I write this, Eden first, then Glassman, Dougherty and Parraz.
Means nothing yet. Just first results to be reported.

1. Yo
Looks like Glassman's gonna win it. I pretty much put the fix in when I voted for the other guy. Except for Obama, I haven't picked a winner in nearly 40 years....

2. I'm the same way - who did you vote for? I voted for Dougherty -
Not doing too good :(

I'm surprised that Eden is doing so well, and that Parraz is last - so far...still have a ways to go.
I thought Parraz would be 2nd - after Dougherty :P

I just hope Glassman has what it takes to go up against McCain. So far - not impressed, but that can change.

3. What's making me crazy is the number of Repugs that came out to vote vs the # of Dems.
It's like 350K to 170K :(!!

5. Not That Bad
If you leave out the Hayworth cuckoos, it's fairly even. And they'll likely stay home for general election. Or one can hope....

6. Just heard Glassman's speech.... Go Glassman!
He had some good lines - said that McCain has been in Iowa and New Hampshire bragging about all he hasn't done for Az..

His wife is very pregnant - so that's good. When he talked about education in our state it had extra meaning.

Oh well - really wanted it to be Dougherty. Now I'm going to work my butt off for Glassman.

Live streaming from his party at a bar in Tucson called "The Maverick"...lol

21. I was disappointed with the Dem turnout too
Maybe it was the McCain / Hayworth race that brought more repubs out.

27. Yes we do.
I was very disappointed with the Dem turnout, but then I haven't voted in every primary election either. I've always voted in the general elections though. Dougherty was the main reason I voted today.

29. Dem's didn't have as much to vote for...
There are like 10 republicans running in most of their races, while most of the Dem races are uncontested - only the state offices have any competition. I'm glad that Kotterman is winning Education Secretary and that idiot Huppental won for the Repugs. Maybe we can improve our schools in the next few years...

can he win against McCain? i hope so, but this state is still very right wing. McCain spent 51 million for this primary race. he's a desperate old man, but some still like him.

Hopefully Rodney will go after McCain on all of his flip-flops.
