I've been watching the SPI race and, although the number of precincts reporting continues to climb, the percent for each candidate remains the same. You think there would be a little variation.

They must do a sampling of each precinct to get a picture or preview of the results. I don't imagine it will change much. I'm pretty disappointed but not too surprised. There's a reason Arizona is #49 or #50 in education.
