100,000 fewer Hispanics in AZ

According to a new study by BBVA Bancomer Research, there may be as many as 100, 000 fewer Latinos in Arizona than there were before debate over the highly controversial immigration law began earlier this year.
Bancomer used information from the U.S. Current Population Survey to show that the decline could be due, in large part, to Arizona’s Senate Bill 1070 (SB1070) that went into (partial) effect in July, but the researchers say Arizona’s economic struggles could play a big role in the decline.

3. Explain, please.

In one post you say it has cut off the supply of workers, in the next you say it = higher unemployment.

Simple laws of supply and demand show that if you reduce supply, momentum shifts to the demand side. Where do you come up with the theory that you can reduce the supply of workers and still have higher unemployment?

He blasted DU - at least the AZ forum - with a number of anti-1070 posts that basically said the same thing: 1070 is evil. No shit Sherlock. Like we don't know that.
