ABC 15 news opened with the Phoenix PD lies over kidnapping numbers

ABC 15 right after the Oscar had a good report on how Phoenix PD lied and inflated numbers of kidnappings in Phoenix.

Remember how Brewer used this lie to scare people into voting for her.

A lot of reports were listed while either no kidnapping occured, or while in some instances the kidnapping occured in a different city, like Glendale, and Phoenix PD was asked to provide an interpreter to Glendale PD.
