Great yard sign in Little Rock on Markham Street

largish plywood cutout figure of a yellow dog with balloon question:

"Want Change?"

This is on Markham between Mississippi St. and Park Plaza Mall.

I think that AR will go blue-and I live in the NW section, which is the most repuke. A ton and a half of Kerry signs here-haven't seen anything like it, and I've lived here since '91...
