Little Rock GOTV Rally

Here's my photo report on the Get Out The Vote rally tonight (Halloween Oct 31) in Little Rock.



Line stretched a couple hundred yards but moved quickly.

The local media estimated the crowd at 7,000 plus.



The Philander Smith College Choir provided the National Anthem.



Danny Glover warmed up the crowd.



Better half was really excited.



The best president of my adult life wowed the crowd.



Bill Clinton looked very good considering open heart surgery 8 weeks ago.



Big Dog again. Damn I miss having a real president.



We finished up about 7 PM. It was a great rally.

Can we take Arkansas?

There is only 1 repuke in the congressional delegation, from northwest Walmart country. The Gov is repuke but he was elevated when Ken Starr indicted the elected Gov Jim Guy Tucker (on a law that had been repealed 3 yrs before he was charged, Starr never let a little thing like the law stop him). The Lt Gov is repuke, but he's the son of Win Rockefeller a real Republican, that I would've even voted for were I old enough.

So, there's a damn good chance that we can hold Arkansas. I wish Kerry had put more money and effort last month, but I'll be out Tuesday.

I missed it! Wanted to make it but couldn't--had to take the kids trick-o-treating!
