Whose the DUer in Eureka Springs?

We were there last Tuesday, wandering lost through crooked streets, when we came across an immaculate vw rabbit with a K/E sticker right there where it was in your face.
Kind of a great big up yours charlie, I wanted to stop, but the other touristas were trying to push us on.
If it wasn't a DUer I like the attitude.
