of the number of members that would establish a quorum are present within the jurisdiction and the health authority provides a teleconference number that allows any person to call in to participate in by the department to the counties designated by the federal government as eligible, in the same way funds are allocated under a federal formula. department to adopt regulations to ensure that any public water system that has levels of total trihalomethanes or total haloacetic acids that pose a potential risk to public health notifies its
