For people who are up late at night in the Los Angeles area
There is a progressive public affairs radio show called "Impact"
from midnight to 5am Sunday nights/Monday mornings.
Lately it has been starting about 20 minutes late.
It is hosted by Frank Sontag,
years ago it was hosted by Michael Benner (currently at kpfk).
The station does not stream audio.
