Edit: when I contacted Feinstein's office around 9 (CA time) I got a harried but polite female who assured me she would pass on my message to filibuster. She only took my zip code beyond that. (Never let them put you on hold...arrrggghh.)

I hate calling her office. She's trained her staff to be equally aggravating.

boxer's receptionist said "boxer has made a statement"

Feinstiens office said "One democrat has said he will vote for alito so and you need 40(?) senators to make a fillibuster so she does not see that as likely". She has at least made it clear she is voting against alito but it is not enough.

Which democratic senator said he/she would vote FOR the man?
