I made the Reservations at this time because I want the night
to last as long as possible . This time will also allow our group to grow ,
in case people show up who haven't checked in or seen the thread yet .

After eating we can stay in their bar area or move to another local bar
just down the street at our Bowling Alley . I went to High School
with the guy who runs the place . :-) It's open late and the staff have
always been super nice to me ..

I wish I was super rich and could pay for everybody but alas I'm
a preschool teacher ... Need I say more ?

catnapper has said she could ferry people from BART .

Yup...I have a cute little red VW Beetle that's easily recognizable, and I'll be happy to pick up any DUers at the Concord BART station and shuttle them to the restaurant. PP says the first Concord station is the one to use...not "North Concord" which comes after.

Looking forward to a fun evening. Well, dang...after eight years of madness, don't we deserve it?:hi::party::fistbump:

it's on Clayton road .. So on Saturday we can move to
this bar after the Restraunt ,, I'll let them know tonight .

They are big Dem supporters at AJ's

to watch the inaugural. Huge, huge responses. Boo-hiss bigtime for Guess Who, and just insane leaping to the feet and cheering when O appeared onscreen. The floor was vibrating. People were spontaneously greeting each other cheerily, saying "Isn't this fantastic?"

Mr. c is working Saturday night, so once again, if anyone needs a lift from Concord BART, let me know.

I had to work but every class room had the radio on
to it ,, I also taped the day starting at 6am PST
I taped for 16 hrs of MSNBC with only a 20 min break
in the taping .... I can't wait to watch it all .

I see you've changed your username :think: I'll have to decide
whether or not I'll do it too .

Looks like me and mom are not going to be able to make it.

We're both sick with an awful cold.

Maybe we could do another GG Park get together when the weather warms up???

We both wish we could be there, but we don't want to spread our lovely germs to everybody else.
