Anyone familiar with CA labor laws regarding full time employees getting less than FT hrs?
My employer has been slowly cutting everyone's hours but at the same time hiring more PT workers. Only managers and some supervisors have had their hours left alone.

I am a Full Time employee, and this is going to be my first week which I've been scheduled for less than 32 hours, so I was wondering if state unemployment covers whatever my lost wages will be for the gap between the hours I will be working and those I've been scheduled for?
