2. I spoke with the Registrar of Voters yesterday and one of the workers
confirmed what my canvassing showed. The ballots were sent out weeks ago and a great many people on the permanent absentee list have not received them.
and your local papers. E-mail the K-E campaign. The same thing is happening in Florida. I can't offer you too much help. I live across the country in a non-swing, southern red state. We have no reports of that happening here (yet). We are in a battle to get a Democratic senator and Representative elected. The Florida situation seems to be getting publicity. Are you in California? Is it possible that this is just one of those glitches that pop up every now and then?
Obviously, I dont know who the absentee recipients were, but Orange County does have a decent sized GOP population. Doesn't quite make sense to disenfranchise those most likely to vote for your guys.
