1. Do we have a Democratic candidate for governor yet?
Because if we don't, aren't we just letting Whitman buy the position?

I don't think that Californians want another know-nothing-about-politics-and-never-wanted-to-know candidate for governor. And, in spite of her money, that is what Meg Whitman is when you get down to it.

We have had enough with amateurs in charge of the state. Let's get a serious Democrat to run.

2. Jerry Brown is widely expected to announce. There are another two more "minor"
i.e., less well known,(D) candidates, as well.
