Allow me to recommend a new restaurant, and small business, in Pasadena.

If you're ever in the Pasadena area, allow me to recommend a lovely neighborhood restaurant that is both unassuming and absolutely fantastic.

Plate 38 is wonderful. Just prior to opening, they had a devastating fire, but they quickly rebuilt and opened. I am on their email list. Here is an example of what they offer: News from Plate 38

My husband and I were just talking about visiting the Norton-Simon again. We visited for the first time a couple of years ago and it was such an amazing place we vowed to return. Plate 38 sounds like a great place for lunch.
