University of Colorado will raise tuition by a lot.
They are doing this because they are now allowed to become a semi-private institution. Goddamn Republican scum.

1. WTF!
How can you turn a state school semi-private? This is abominable. State schools are for everyone that's willing work a little bit(in the classroom or maybe a part-time job, or some National guard service), not just rich azzholes and their spoiled kids. I'd like to see the whole story, but this sounds very wrong.
