Democratic Candidates Square Off on “Mornings with Keith & Gail” Fri., July 2



FT. COLLINS, Colo., June 26, 2004 – “Mornings with Keith & Gail” on News Radio 600 KCOL will host a live, on-air debate between educator and former diplomat Mike Miles and Colorado Attorney General Ken Salazar Fri., July 2, from 9 to 10 a.m. The hour-long debate will be the first between the two Democratic candidates who are seeking the nomination for the U.S. Senate seat left vacant by Sen. Ben Nighthorse Campbell.

The moderated debate will begin with opening statements by both candidates, followed by a series of issue-oriented questions. Each candidate will have equal time for answers and rebuttals. A closing statement from both Miles and Salazar will round out the debate.

“Mornings with Keith & Gail,” a full-service news/talk morning show featuring Northern Colorado news, weather, traffic, sports and live talk, airs from 5:30 to 10:00 am Monday through Friday on News Radio 600 KCOL. 600 KCOL is a Clear Channel of Northern Colorado station.
