3. I'd definitely go. Maybe the 7-8pm showing?
I'd need a babysitter, so if it's going to be something, I'd need to finalize it by next week to plan ahead.

6. do we have dates/times yet?
I'm kind of underwhelmed by the postings on this board considering our governor is possibly going to be impeached.

7. Times not published yet -- check the Crown and Cinema City Sites
No times yet -- maybe tomorrow. I guess our Gov. is not going to be impeached after all!

8. I will be going to the 7:40 p.m. show on Friday at the Crown in
Hartford -- with husband, sister and her husband. Just have to make sure mother-in-law will babysit! Anyone else coming along.

10. I will do my best
I might have to be solo, since our primary babysitter is taking the weekend off. My wife will likely stay home with the baby (I've been doing that the past 18 days while she was away on business, so I think I should be able to at least get 1 free Friday night in exchange!)

12. New Park is the street Home Depot in West Hartford is on.
It is a new theater and very nice. If you take the Flatbush Ave. Exit off of 84W, take a right at the end of the exit and a right at the light after the railroad tracks, the Crown is about a block or two up the street (I apologize for rather lame directions, if I can get to places by "instinct" I don't really pay much attention. The Crown has an Imax theater and the matinees are pretty cheap.

13. actually, pretty good directions
Flatbush is Exit 46 off of 84 West, though. I think you'd take the Prospect Ave exit off of 84 East (exit 44)

If you are coming the back roads, the end of New Park Ave in West Hartford comes out where Puritan Furniture is on New Britain Avenue.

Not far from the Crown Theater on New Park is a Stop & Shop (across from 2 competing car wash places)

14. Unfortunately, I'm moving this weekend.
Besides, I usually catch Moore's films at Cinema City on Brainard Road in Hartford. It's a much smaller place that caters to a more discriminating audience. And, you can buy Swiss chocolate bars at the concession stand! :bounce:
