It's in an ASP link that I can't seem to get to work. Go to

http://www.theday.com/eng/web/news/region.aspx

and look for the AP box of news down the page.

McNally, who acknowledged he was the underdog in the race, had not conceded about 10 p.m. Tuesday night, despite unofficial results that showed Sullivan won 63 percent to 37 percent, with all precincts reporting.

He said his campaign, outspent by nearly a 4-to-1 margin, enjoyed more support than many initially predicted. He said his supporters' votes were ones against special interests, back-door deals and in favor of grass roots political efforts.

"I think this is a wake-up call to the Democratic party that the status quo is in the decline," McNally said. "Maybe we didn't win it tonight, but that is the direction this country is moving in."
