March 2005 New Yorker article on Biden and Dems
It sure seems Joe has become much more the politician than our local guy in Washington. With his votes for Rice and Gonzoles, his support of the bankruptcy bill and others that favor Republican interests and big business....perhaps it's time to reconsider his representing true Democrats in Delaware.......

Joseph Biden, the senior senator from Delaware, is the Democratic Party’s main spokesman on international affairs; he is also a man who, on occasion, seems not to know, when sentences leave his mouth, where they are going or what they are meant to convey.
