http://faceoffmovement.blogspot.com/2010/03/never-patch-your-roof-in-north-port.htmlAfter reading the following story, Bill Mick, Brevard County's wildly popular radio personality, whose morning talk show, Bill Mick Live, is listened to by everyone who cares about what's going on in Our Country, was outraged:
Christine Marfut is facing $123,000 in fines on two properties for failing to get permits for roof work, a temporary tent and other violations. North Port is pushing to liquidate the houses to get its money.
After years of fighting and the current recession, Marfut says she is broke.
"My entire net worth, my life savings of hard work is being lost because I patched my roof," she said.
So, as he always does when something outrages him, Bill Mick talked about her case on his show (quite loudly) and, as I always do when Bill Mick talks about Code Enforcement on his show (quite loudly), I became outraged too and decided to write this blogspot and publish it on the Florida F.A.C.E.OFF. blog, even though the Code Victim had not contacted us for help:
North Port Code Net: Just a Trollin' 'em in!
Well, guess who just happened to see that story and then actually did contact our group for assistance? That's right, it was Christine Marfut herself! Below is the e-mail she sent us.

Re: help me fight north port-alot of corruption
Hi. I'm Christine marfut the one you wrote about. North Port is suing me but it is really City government attorney Robert K. Robinson who is and for personal gain. It is his lawfirm, nelson Hesse and his partner Guarnieri who are making big bucks by handling the cases that Robinson. as a part of his official duties creates. CONFLICT OF INTEREST This is a violation of Florida Statute 112.313 2 8 and Federal Criminal law USC 18 1346 etc. No one will go after Robinson because his wife is a former state senator in tallahassee: Lisa Carlton. Her sister in law is I think a 12th Circuit judge named Bonner and Magistrate Bailey who is very pro North Port and the one Nelson Hesse goes to in the beginning may have ties through her father also a former judge. Someone just e-mailed me that Robinson lives on property that was sold as a conservency to Sarasota County for 51 million and that 12th circuit judges are connected to the family financially. I am suing pro se in Federal Court for violation of my constitutional rights and racketeering. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Trying to do a documentary about all this too. Thanks for the support. This racket is ruing home ownership the backbone of the economy and the powers that be wonder whats wrong. Contact me.
Thanks, Christine Marfut
