ok, I got the best way to have prickscott sign off on the highspeed rail initiative

we send him to a construction school, get him a gc licence and let him (or his lackeys) commit fraud against the taxpayers. When it's discovered he's been screwing us out of our money, we give him a mega golden parachute, ask him 75 questions that he says "I plead the fifth" to, and then elect him president of some banana republic, like FLORIDA.
