An excellent analysis, by the way, of the debate last night from St. Pete Times political reporter, Adam Smith.

As the candidates debated in Tampa, Bill Clinton headlined a fundraiser in New York that raised more than $100,000 to help the Davis campaign, which is badly trailing in money.

1. I got great news about the campaign yesterday
I work at a local TV station. Yesterday the Florida Dems put out $50,000 of advertising over the next week. This was just for Jim Davis. It is looking better and better. I feel more confident now than I did with McBride 4 years ago (mistake, mistake).
