help w/research florida education and legislature balance (R vs D) since 1988
Doing some research and need help finding some numbers
If someone can tell me how to find these

in 1988 a lotter was set up in Florida for extra education funding at 35%
The same year the legislature wrote a 1989 budget that reduced the education portion to equal what they would get from the lottery.
And they broke their promise of using lottery as extra education funding.

In other words they funded basic education from the lottery funds and did not fund anything from prior sources.
Therefore education now was being starved state funding.

What was the balance in legislature then - R vs D
and what has it been since

It looks like in 1966 the state got its first republic since 1877

Who was governor from the years 1988 to now?
When were term limits put in? What are the term limits?

What other means does the state have to fund education?

what have they been doing with all the tax dollars if they are not funding education?
